Important notice about access and use of information for Multi-Site Users of Calor Account Online

Calor Account Online is provided by Calor Gas Limited to allow you to view and manage your account information. Calor uses the information you provide in Calor Account Online to manage your account and as permitted by law.

If you intend to use your Calor Account Online to view and manage multiple delivery points (“Sites”) to which Calor supplies gas, you must note that any user with access to Calor Account Online at any such Site (a “Multi-Site User”) will be able to access information available for any other Sites which are part of the same multisite arrangement. By using Calor Account Online to manage multiple Sites, you acknowledge that any Multi-Site User will be able to view all the information available on Calor Account Online including information relating to other Sites and will be able to place orders for any other Site.

Where CAO is used to manage multiple Sites, you agree that you are responsible for:

• Ensuring that all usernames, passwords, identification details or log in details (including Calor Account (Sold To) Numbers and Calor Delivery Points (Ship To) Numbers) are kept confidential and are restricted to persons who are permitted and authorised to access Calor Account Online and the information available on it;
• All activities, orders or purchases that occur under your primary account regardless of which Multi-Site User carries out the activity, order or purchase; and
• Ensuring that any information available on Calor Account Online is accessed used, copied or disclosed only by any person legally authorised, approved or entitled to do so.
